BECAUSE WE CANNOT SANITIZE YARN, THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY ITEMS AT THIS TIME.  

We are fully sanitizing commonly touched surfaces (door handles, credit card machine, etc.) between each customer.  

For your safety, that of other customers and the Woolyn staff: 

• Masks must cover your nose and mouth and be worn in the shop at all times.  There are no exceptions. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you. (Children under 2 do not need to wear a mask, but must remain in a stroller or carriage.)

• Please do not touch the yarn with anything but your hands.  No rubbing on face, neck, etc. to test softness. 

• We cannot help with projects at this time.  If you would like help or instruction, please contact us for a virtual help session.  

• Because we will not have time to fully sanitize after each use, the bathroom is for shop staff only.  

• Please arrive on time for your appointment - we will likely not be able to extend your time in the shop beyond the 30 minute time slot you sign up for.
